On Wednesday, Torontonians set the 2016 high for energy consumption, which resulted in several power outages across the city. This, despite repeated warnings to conserve energy as much and as often as we can. Is this a sign we use too much and are spoiled by our temperature-controlled environments? Or is it all part of a bigger problem? Ontario’s Environmental Commissioner Dianne Saxe and Independent Energy and Environment advisor Tom Adams join the show to talk about it.
