Ontario’s Progressive Conservative leader now says it was a “mistake” to pledge to scrap the Liberal government’s sex-ed curriculum ahead of Thursday’s by-election in Scarborough’s Rouge River. In a letter distributed last week with Brown’s signature, the PC leader wrote that a Tory government would “scrap the controversial changes to sex ed if it won government in 2018. However, Tory’s Scarborough- Rouge River byelection candidate Raymond Cho maintains the issue is one his riding is passionate about and his campaign also sent out a letter written in Simplified Chinese with Patrick Brown’s signature on it with a very different message. Today we speak with Councillor Cho.

With the Scarborough-Rouge River byelection days away, we delve into all the latest shenanigans going on at Queen’s Park including what some are now saying about the Liberal Government who are now attempting to fundamentally change the way election financing is done and put a ban on all MPP fundraisers. We’ll get some interesting insights from Toronto Sun columnist Joe Warmington.
