Construction has begun on Bloor for the new Bike Lane Project from Shaw to Avenue Rd. City Council voted overwhelmingly in favour of the project, but not everyone is so sure it’s going to be good for the area. One of the three dissenting votes, Councillor Stephen Holyday joins us.
