The Government of Ontario has announced it will adopt recommendations from Catalyst that sets gender targets for Crown corporations. It means the government will aim to have at least 40% of the Corporation boards comprised of women. A lofty and worthy goal? Or unrealistic expectation. Beatrix Dart, the executive director of the Initiative for Women in Business at the Rotman School of Business at U of T joined us.
