A woman contacted Fight Back with Libby Znaimer to air her concerns regarding the fact that if her husband – a retired teacher – dies, she won’t be able to claim his pension. This, based on a piece of the OTPP contract that states if a teacher remarries AFTER they are retired, they’re new spouse does not qualify.
