On this episode of Finding Your Bliss, we have a show devoted to going back to live theatre and to yummy food and healthy eating. As well, the host Judy Librach dedicates the beginning of the show to the people of Ukraine, and at the end of the show, singer Beatriz Pardal sings a very moving rendition of John Lennon’s song “Imagine”. (See the end of this episode description for details on how to listen.) Bliss Expert and Life Coach Judy Librach is joined by Chef and founder of the Delicious Dish Cooking School, Carolyn Tanner Cohen. Carolyn has owned and operated one of the leading culinary schools in Canada, DELICIOUS DISH Cooking School since 2002. DELICIOUS DISH is a boutique Cooking School which specializes in whole food home cooking, meal planning, recipe developing and healthy eating. Carolyn’s original recipes are foolproof, user-friendly and winners every time.
