STRATEGY PANEL: ANOTHER MINORITY GOVERNMENT FOR TRUDEAU’S LIBERALS
Libby Znaimer is joined by Karen Stintz, CEO of Variety Village, John Capobianco, Senior Vice President & Senior Partner, FleishmanHillard HighRoad, and Charles Sousa, the former Minister of Finance for Ontario and MPP for Mississauga South.
The results are in: Justin Trudeau gets to keep his job as prime minister as the Liberals secure a minority government election win for the second time under his leadership. And, now that Conservative leader Erin O’Toole has failed to win, will he be facing another election this time having to do with his party’s leadership? And, now that we have just gone through the most expensive election in Canadian political history (at a cost to taxpayers of $610 million) and we are back to a largely unchanged government that we had prior to the vote, can we expect to see changes in how the opposition Conservatives and NDP work with the Liberals? Our strategists weigh in on the latest.

Meanwhile, we explore how the Israelis are doing with their ongoing booster shot campaign in the fight against COVID-19, which has a further reach since it targets citizens who are 12 years of age and older.
