On September 24th 1942, Linda McCartney (Linda Eastman), was born. She was the wife of Paul McCartney, a photographer, and animal rights campaigner who launched her own brand of vegetarian food. Linda played keyboards with Wings and on some of Paul’s solo records. In 1971 Paul and Linda McCartney had the UK No.1 album ‘Ram’. She died of breast cancer on 17th April 1998.
