“A Promised Land,” which hit book stores and online – e-tailers Tuesday, sold nearly 900,000 copies in the U.S. and Canada in its first 24 hours on sale.
That puts it well on its way to being the best-selling presidential memoir in modern history.
Those numbers cover printed copies, pre-orders, audio versions and e-books.
