Canadian music, Zoomer legend Bryan Adams is apologizing for social media remarks some consider racist.
In posts on Twitter and Instagram, the 60-year-old Adams said ”thanks to some ***** bat eating, wet market animal selling, virus making greedy ******, the whole world is now on hold, not to mention the thousands that have suffered or died from this virus.”
Adams has since issued an apology on Instagram ”to any and all that took offence to” his earlier comments.
He said he simply wanted to rant about ”animal cruelty in the wet-markets being the possible source of the virus, and promote veganism.”
Adams went on to say he has ”love for all people” and that his thoughts are ”with everyone dealing with this pandemic around the world.”
