If you get your morning coffee at Tim Hortons, as of today, you’ll notice all of the employees are wearing masks.
Workers at all 4,000 Tim’s outlets across Canada are now required to wear non-surgical disposable masks for the duration of their shifts in order to help stop the spread of COVID 19.
Temperature checks will also be mandatory for employees before they begin a shift and for delivery drivers dropping off supplies or picking up food or beverages.
The CEO of Tim Hortons ensures the thermometers, which take readings from a person’s forehead, will be sanitized between uses.
T & T Supermarkets starting taking the temperatures of their employees and shoppers earlier this week.
