The young woman, convicted of throwing chairs and other times off the balcony of a downtown condo balcony, has had her sentencing hearing put over until February 7.

Twenty-year-old Marcella Zoia pleaded guilty to mischief causing danger to life in November and has out on bail since last February.

The incident which happened February 9, 2019 was captured on video that went viral.

Zoia’s lawyer says the Crown’s indicated it seeks to prove with the help of a witness that his client posted the video.

Greg Leslie says she insists she did not, besides he points out she’s the one tossing the chair in the video.

He says she’s ”anxious” that the matter has not been resolved but that she does not want to admit to something she did not do.
