The wife of celebrity entrepreneur Kevin O’Leary faces a charge over last month’s boat crash in Muskoka that killed two and injured three.

56-year-old Linda O’Leary is charged with careless operation of a vessel and is scheduled to appear in Parry Sound court October 29.

The OPP have also charged 57-year-old Richard Ruh of Orchard Park, New York with failing to exhibit a navigation light on Lake Joseph near Emerald Island late the night of August 24.

64-year-old Gary Poltash of Florida and 48-year-old Susanne Brito of Uxbridge died of their injuries.
