The much loved Jeopardy! host offered an update on his progress while in Las Vegas last night to attend the annual NHL Awards presentation.

78 year old Trebek says his doctors continue to be pleased with his recovery.

“I’m feeling pretty good,” Trebek explained, “I have good days a few days after chemo that kind of lay me low for a little bit, but overall I’m improving. My numbers are improving and I’m very positive about the outcome.”

Trebek has said his progress is due in no small part to the hard work of his medical team, and to the good wishes and prayers he has received since going public with his diagnosis earlier this year.

He received a standing ovation at the NHL Awards in Las Vegas, where he presented the Hart Trophy to Nikita Kucherov.
