Motorists can expect a significant drop in gas prices in the GTA this week.

Gas Buddy dot com analyst Dan McTeague says while oil prices have risen, there is a glut of gasoline in the market as refineries pump out more gas and diesel fuel.

McTeague says the price dropped two-cent a litre drop over night and is expected to drop another 2 cents tomorrow.  That reduction would put the price of a litre of regular gasoline at most GTA stations to under $1.00 a litre.
