Canadian Zoomer music legend David Foster is going to be honoured with the 2019 Humanitarian Award at this year’s Junos.
The 69-year old Victoria B.C. native is to be honoured for his lifelong dedication to philanthropy through his support of hundreds of charities, including his own non-profit foundation. It raises organ donation awareness and provides financial support to Canadian families in need of life-saving transplants.
Foster is a member of the Order of Canada and is a Golden Globe, and multiple Grammy and Juno Award winner.
