Starbucks employees across North America got race sensitivity training recently – but apparently that wasn’t enough.

The barista wrote the person’s name Sam on the cup – with extra letters to mock their stutter.

A friend of the customer emailed the company.

It was a Starbucks in Philadelphia that sparked the racial training – when an employee called police about two black men – who sat in a store and didn’t buy anything.
