The Toronto Police Service is expected to outline the next steps in equipping officers with body-cams today.
It’s being widely reported that a fairness commissioner is being appointed to oversee the project.
85% of Toronto police officers are said to favour the equipment which is expected to cost $51 million over five years.

According to Toronto Police they’re at least two years away from a complete roll-out.
