EMMA THOMPSON WANTS DIALOGUE ON "EXTREME MASCULINITY

Award winning British Actress Emma Thompson has weighed in on the scandal surrounding Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein whose been accused of numerous sexual improprieties.
The 58-year old Golden Globe and Emmy winner, who has been nominated five times for an Academy Award, says she’s not surprised by the allegations and says sexual exploitation is endemic in the system.
Thompson, told the BBC what she thinks needs to happen is a conversation about what she calls “the crisis in extreme masculinity” that leads to this kind of behaviour, which she says is perceived by show business as being business as usual.
