Notorious Jewel thief Doris Payne has been sentenced to 120-days of house arrest and banned from Atlanta, Georgia-area malls for sealing a $2,000 dollar necklace.

What’s remarkable about this is that Doris is 86 and unrepentant!

Doris readily admits she’s made a career out of stealing jewels over the past 6 decades; waltzing into the finest shops in Paris and beyond and walking off with gold and gems.

She has 20 arrests on her rap sheet and could have faced up to 10 years in prison for this latest one.  However, the Octogenarian pleaded guilty to felony shoplifting, got time served and under a plea deal could be back shopping as early as tomorrow.
