Don’t you wish you had a boss like this.

We’re just learning about this now, but outgoing U.S. President Barack Obama rewarded about 250 staff members last Thursday with a surprise concert by ‘The Boss’.

Bruce Springsteen’s 15-song set included ”Tougher Than the Rest,” which he dedicated to the Obamas.

The concert ended with the one-two punch of ”Dancing in the Dark,” and ”Land of Hope and Dreams”.

It took place in the White House’s East Room, where last November Springsteen received the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
