Premier Wynne
In a year end interview, the least popular premier in Canada says her Liberals are delivering on their 2014 campaign promises to invest in public transit and infrastructure and to grow the economy.  Wynne says continuing job growth and investment in the province is proof of that.
Wynne also says she’s willing to direct the Ontario Energy Board to break down the so-called “global adjustment” charge which accounts for up to 70% cent of electricity rates.

Ontario’s auditor general estimates” global adjustment” cost $50-billion between 2006 and 2015 and recommends bills be changed to separately disclose both electricity market price and the global adjustment.
