History was made last night at BMO Field when Toronto FC defeated Montreal 7 – 5 on aggregate to advance to the league final.
Some 37,000 fans jammed the stadium to cheer on the team and celebrate the win. They’ll be back December 10th when the Reds host the Seattle Sounders in the MLS Cup Championship game. It’ll be the first time a Canadian soccer team has hosted and played for the league crown.
