The play, which produced the script that is considered the next installment in the Harry Potter franchise, opened in London over the long weekend.

 

 Zoomer Author JK Rowling was at the premiere explaining that her never say never attitude about Harry Potter just applied to novels.  But she said she always had a theatrical experience in mind which resulted in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

The play is set 19 years after the 7th and final Potter book.  It shows the stars of the wizarding saga as adults in their mid-30s as their own children head off to school.

The play has won five-star reviews from the critics with one describing it as “a game-changing production.”
