Toronto police Chief Mark Saunders is worried about the safety of his officers following recent incidents of deadly violence against police in the United States and concerned about the of inflammatory rhetoric against police that’s emerged recently.
Saunders has sent an internal memo to all his officers reassuring them of his support as they go out in the line of duty every day.
