A four-time Donner Prize nominee is this year’s winner of the $50,000 Donner Prize which recognizes excellence and innovation in Canadian public policy thinking, writing and research.
69-year old New Brunswick native Donald J. Savoie, who holds the Canada Research Chair in public administration and governance at the University of Moncton, was honoured for his book, “What Is Government Good At?: A Canadian Answer.”
The Donner Prize is named for Canadian businessman and philanthropist William H. Donner.
