A STAR BECOMES A PRESIDENT

Veteran British actress Dame Judi Dench has been appointed the new honorary president of the Bronte Society.
The 81 year old legend appeared in the 2011 film of Charlotte Bronte’s “Jane Eyre” and says she’s delighted to accept the new role. Dame Judi, will be officially voted in at the society’s annual general meeting in June
This year marks the bicentenary of Charlotte Bronte’s birth.
