The trial of police Constable James Forcillo resumes today.
Forcillo shot 18 year old Sammy Yatim aboard an empty TTC streetcar in July of 2013.
An expert on excessive force will testify at the trial of 32 year old police officer James Forcillo, who is facing 2nd degree murder charges in Yatims death.
The US expert, Robert Warshaw will give his opinion as to whether Forcillo could have responded in a less invasive way to the shooting.
