Toronto’s former mayor knows he’s in for the fight of his life – again.
Speaking outside Mt Sinai hospital where he had met with his doctors, Councillor Rob Ford says ”it’s not good. It’s not good at all, but all I can do is fight and I will … I’lI fight and I won’t stop fighting to the day I die.”
Ford adds the discovery of the new tumour located neither or possibly on the bladder, that’s still not clear, ”totally caught me off guard.”
Earlier Thursday, older brother Doug Ford said the tumour is consistent with liposcarcoma, the rare, aggressive form of cancer Rob was diagnosed with last year.
He had surgery last May to remove a tumour from his abdomen.
While he will undergo treatment here, Ford is not ruling out the possibility of seeking medical help in the U.S.
