It’s been on the market for nearly a month and apparently has not had many interested buyers.

That would hardly be the case in Toronto, but this particular home’s in the middle of the Pacific.

The mansion belongs to Canadian music icon, 69-year-old Neil Young.

The Waialea Bay estate is about 1.2 hectares and is on a ”private, lush peninsula”.

The Hawaii-style beach house has five bedrooms, four baths, two bedroom guest cottages, two greenhouses and a pool house.

The property sits between two bays and near Beach 69 – renowned for surfing.

Asking price?  $24-million.
