Summer official arrived shortly after noon Sunday bringing the typical heat and humidity we usually associate with the season in Southern Ontario. In fact, the heat and humidity are being felt today. Environment Canada’s Senior Meteorologist Dave Phillips is forecasting a fairly normal to warmer-then-normal summer. Phillips says July and August will feature the usual 30 degree temperature days which he calls beer-drinking, tank top wearing, weather. He’s also predicting excellent weather for next month’s Pan Am Games.
