The owner of the NHL Senators needs a liver transplant urgently.
Eugene Melnyk’s life depends on it.
”This is life-threatening without a new liver,” says team doctor Don Chow.
The team says the 55-year old Toronto-born businessman was admitted to hospital three weeks ago.
His family’s actively reached out to relatives and close friends but so far has not found a suitable ”live liver donor”.
Potential donors can call 613-599-0100 until 9pm tonight or any time between 9am and 5pm Friday.
Any potential donors, (healthy and between 18 and 55) are asked to fill out a form
