The plane crash in the French Alps that killed 150 was deliberate.
So says a French prosecutor after listening to data from the black box voice recorder.
Marseilles prosecutor Brice Robin says one pilot left the cockpit and the other one would not let him back in, which is when the co-pilot puts the plane into a dive.
The prosecutor adds there was absolute silence in the cockpit, the co-pilot’s breathing was normal, there was no distress call, but that the passengers could be heard screaming.
He refused to give details on the co-pilot’s ethnicity or religion.
The co-pilot’s been identified as Andreas Lubitz, a German national, who’s never been flagged as a terrorist.
