The video is called Ghost Bus and it’s quickly going viral.  Said to be taken last night, an unmanned TTC bus is seen driving around the Bathurst station bus bay and then bumps into a truck from the TTC fleet.

TTC spokesman Brad Ross says no harm was done and no one’s safety was ever compromised, and it was simply human error.

“The bus came into the station, customers got off the bus so there was nobody on the bus when this happened to be clear, and the operator simply didn’t apply the proper braking procedures,” Ross explained to CP24.  “The operator got off the bus to use the facilities when the bus slowly rolled away from the bus bay and rear-ended as we saw the back of another TTC vehicle.”

The bus and the vehicle received minor damage.  There is no word yet on possible disciplinary action.  A TTC investigation is underway.
