Ford admitted he’s had a few standoffs with the critters outside his Etobicoke home, and now his children and wife refuse to take out the garbage because they’re scared of the animals. The mayor himself admitted to being scared by the raccoons in some of his run-ins with them while he dealt with with garbage in his yard at night. The mayor says you can yell and scream at them but they just look at you. Ford says he’s not sure what the solution is, but he says this is one issue that needs to be dealt with.
