Well, if you want to avoid packing on the pounds, a new Swedish study suggests going above and beyond commonly recommended exercise guidelines.
The study found current recommendations of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or one hour of vigorous exercise per week might not be sufficient to prevent long-term weight gain.
The lead researcher adds more is needed.
Question is how much?
She advocates as big a dose of exercise as possible in order to stave off chronic illnesses and maintain weight.
