The four finalists for Britain’s influential Turner Prize have been announced.

They include two video artists – who combine original images with “found  footage.”

Duncan Campbell’s video work mixes archival footage and new choreography – while James Richards splices together film clips and Internet footage – with material he himself has shot.

Also among the finalists is Tris Vonna-Michell, who blends live performance with recorded images and sound.

Rounding out the list is screen-print artist Ciara Phillips.

The $42,000 prize is given annually to a U.K. based artist under the age of 50.

The finalists’ work will be exhibited at Tate Britain starting on September 30th – with the prizewinner announced on December 1st.

The Turner Prize helped make stars of Damien Hirst and “12 years a Slave” film director Steve McQueen.
