Waterloo based BlackBerry Inc., has appointed an executive to help develop the company’s long-term product roadmap. Ron Louks, who has held senior positions at HTC America and Sony Ericsson, will be president for devices and emerging solutions. He will report to BlackBerry chief executive John Chen.
