City and Toronto Hydro officials expect to have the final 725 customers back on the power grid Monday. At the final news conference, updating the post-ice storm recovery, Toronto Hydro CEO Anthony Haines said the final order for the last 725 hook-ups went out with the morning crew Monday and he says everything should be back to full working order by tonight. Toronto Mayor Rob Ford says initial numbers indicate the clean up will cost an average of $1 million a day and while final figures won’t be known for some time, Ford expects the tab will come in around $10 million. Ford has called for a special council meeting to request funds from the province’s special disaster relief fund, which the city hasn’t tapped into before…
