An apology has been issued by Health Canada for outing thousands of medical marijuana users in this country.  It was earlier this week, the department mailed out 40,000 letters to registered medical pot users to let them know about major upcoming changes to the program.  The problem was that the patients’ names were on the outside of the envelopes, with medical marijuana access program printed on the outside.  Some of the recipients say they are now concerned about being targeted by people who might want to get their hands on the medical marijuana.
