Another Hollywood star is making her Broadway debut next year.
Michelle Williams will star in a re-mount of the 1998 Tony-award winning version of Cabaret. The Oscar-nominated star of My Week With Marilyn will take on the role made famous by Liza Minnelli.
Her co-star will be Alan Cumming, who won the Tony Award for his performance as the Emcee in the 1998 production. Cumming just completed a solo version of Macbeth on Broadway.
Sam Mendes will direct the production he created in 1998. And Rob Marshall will return as choreographer.
The Roundabout Theatre production of Cabaret begins previews March 21st.
