Getting around parts of Toronto is going to challenge the most seasoned motorist this weekend as a number of events and some construction present obstacles.
Yonge Street is closed between Queen and College for Buskerfest and will stay closed until Sunday at midnight. Further north, Yonge is going to see lane restrictions between Sheppard and Finch for the next several months as crews replace watermains between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week. In addition, northbound Spadina is going to be closed between Dundas and College for the Chinatown Festival. To top things off, there is a five-kilometre run scheduled for Sunday morning in the area bounded by Bay, Spadina, College, and Bloor.
