Today would have been Andy Warhol’s 85th birthday.
Hundreds of people visit Warhol’s grave every year, often leaving pop culture items featured in his artworks, such as Campbell’s Soup cans and Coca-Cola bottles.
Warhol died in 1987, but Andy Warhol Museum’s Eric Shiner says staff believe it would please him to know he is still plugged in and turned on more than 25 years after his death.
To that end the museum has launched a live video feed from the pop artist’s gravesite in suburban Pittsburgh.
