This could be the start of something big – for someone small.
There are auditions for 2 very young roles in “Les Miz.”
Open auditions are being held for the roles of “Gavroche” and “Little Cosette” in the upcoming new Canadian production of “Les Miserables.”
The open call is on Saturday, April 14th at The Estonian House – on Broadview Avenue.
Mirvish Productions says “Gavroche” hopefuls must be seven to 11 years of age… no taller than four-foot-seven and should be prepared to sing 16 bars of “Little People” or another song sung by the male character in the musical.
For the roles of”Little Cosette” girls must be seven to 11 years of age, no taller than four foot five and should be prepared to sing 16 bars of a ballad or “Castle on a Cloud” from the show.
Registration on April 14th begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 12:30
A piano accompanist will be provided and children are asked to bring their own sheet music, photo and resume.
