If your idea of a perfect Valentines Day is to watch a romantic movie, but can’t decide which to choose, a British study may offer some help.

It analyzed the neurological responses of viewers to several movies and found the strongest reaction was to Love Actually. It features Bill Nighy as a washed-up rock singer and weaves together several love stories starring Hugh Grant, Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson, Liam Neeson, and Kiera Knightly.

Second was a Hollywood film with a Canadian connection. James Garner and Gena Rowlands star with Canadians Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling in The Notebook.

Here is the all-time Top Ten, according to the online rental firm LOVEFiLM:

1. Love Actually
2. The Notebook
3. Wall-E
4. Notting Hill
5. Dirty Dancing
6. Ghost
7. Pretty Woman
8. Titanic
