Three former Nortel Networks executives say they are happy they can now move on with their lives.
The former chief executive officer, chief financial officer and controller were found not guilty of falsifying financial records as part of what the Crown alleged was a widespread, multi-million-dollar fraud.
Ontario Superior Court Justice Frank Marrocco ruled the Crown did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Frank Dunn, Douglas Beatty and Michael Gollogly deliberately misrepresented Nortel’s financial results.
