Not only did Canadian men raise more money for MOVEMBER than men in any other country.  Turns out, Canada is also home to the top individual fundraiser for the campaign to raise money for prostate cancer research than anyone else in the world.  While growing a mustache, Reed Ludwig of Regina, Saskatchewan raised more than $96,000.  “Our hope was to reach $50,000.  When we reached that, some of our managers had promised to shave their heads.  That was our biggest goal, but it grew to be a lot bigger than that.”  The maintenance electrician says he never had a mustache before and jokes that his wife was looking forward to him shaving it off.
