A breakfast which includes low fat yogurt just might help lower your risk for high blood pressure. A new study of more than 21-hundred adults finds that those who reported eating more low-fat yogurt were more than 30 per cent less likely to develop high blood pressure than those who ate less.
It’s worth noting the study was partially funded by the yogurt company Dannon.
