Hollywood has lost one of its biggest stars, at least in terms of size.
Michael Clarke Duncan has died at the age of 54.
The 6-foot-4, 300-pound former bodyguard appeared in dozens of films and was nominated for an Oscar for his role in The Green Mile.
Duncan’s fiancee says the actor died yesterday morning after suffering a heart attack in July.
Green Mile co-star Tom Hanks says he’s “terribly saddened at the loss of Big Mike.”
