More performances are being added for the sleeper hit of the Stratford Festival.
Shakespeare’s Cymbeline, which stars Geraint Wyn Davies and Cara Ricketts, has been drawing rave reviews and large audiences. And tickets have been hard to come by. So the Festival is extending the run of Cymbeline, adding extra performances on October 3rd, 5th, and 6th.
Cymbeline‘s director, Anthony Cimolino, Stratford’s Artistic Director-designate, says the attraction of the play is that it was written towards the end of Shakespeare’s career when he was at the height of his considerable powers.
Tickets for the extra performances of Cymbeline are on sale. Details are available online at www.stratfordshakesparefestival.com.
